30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
What's Eligible for Return
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Unwashed items in original condition
- Items in their original packaging
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Custom or personalized designs
How to Start a Return
- Email us at Godlytees@myyahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval - we'll send you return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Ship it back - you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Get your refund - once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item! Follow the same return process above and let us know what you'd like instead.
Defective or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective item or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement right away. Just contact us with photos of the issue.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
